Tokens Tab

The workflow instance details provide information about a specific time a workflow ran.

If you included a Track Tokens activity in your workflow or used the Track tokens and cookies in the instance details option in the Run Workflow feature, the Tokens Tab will be shown in the workflow instance details. This tab shows the values of the tokens recorded by the Track Tokens activity at the time the activity ran.

• Under Activity List, select the Track Tokens activity you want to see values from. Alternatively, select All Activities to see the values of tokens tracked by all Track Tokens activities.
• To search the token list for a specific token or value, type a token name or value in the search box in the upper right. Based on what you begin typing, a drop-down list of possible search terms will appear and the list of tokens will automatically shorten to match your search term.
• Select Name to search token names.
• Select Value to search token values.
• Click the red X in the search box to clear your search.
• You can double-click a token to see a list of all its values. (If a multi-value token has more than five values, the entire list of its values will be shown.) You can also copy the values from this list.
